What do we provide?
Our Services Include: Breakfast, lunch, and snacks provided daily. All necessary cups and mats throughout the day. Complete curriculum and educational supplies supplied by the center.
What do I need to bring on their first day?
Please bring the following items for your child: A change of clothes in a ziplock bag. A blanket for nap time. Diapers and wipes, if needed. For infants, please provide: A diaper bag with all necessary items, including: Bottles Formula Pacifier (binki) Change of clothes Diapers Wipes
What are your hours of operation?
Our center is open from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
What is the teacher-to-child ratio?
Our teacher-to-child ratio varies by age group, but we always meet or exceed state requirements to ensure quality care and individual attention.
What is included in the tuition fees?
Tuition covers all daily activities, educational materials, snacks, and meals. Additional fees may apply for special programs or field trips.

What security measures do you have in place?
Our facility is equipped with secure entry systems, and only authorized individuals are allowed to pick up children. We also have a strict sign-in/sign-out policy and regular safety drills.
Do you offer part-time or flexible scheduling options?

Are there opportunities for parent involvement or visits?
Absolutely! We encourage parent involvement through classroom visits, volunteering opportunities, and special events throughout the year.
What is your enrollment process and are there any waitlists?
Our enrollment process includes a tour of the facility, an application, and a meeting to discuss your child's specific needs. If a class is full, we offer a waitlist and notify parents as soon as a spot becomes available.
Do you guys accept ELC?
Yes, Please let your advisor know that you are transferring to our school and make sure you have a zero balance with your current daycare.
How do I get updates?
Our ProCare app allows you to get updates throughout the day about everything going on in the classroom. You can also receive pictures and message the teacher with any questions or concerns.
What ages of children do you accept?
We accept children from 6 weeks to 12 years old.
Are your staff members certified in CPR and first aid?
Yes, all of our staff members are certified in CPR and first aid, and they undergo regular training to keep their skills up to date.
Do you provide meals and snacks, and do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, we provide nutritious meals and snacks, and we accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies with a variety of options to ensure all children are well-fed and safe.
How do you handle discipline and behavior issues?
We use positive reinforcement and redirection techniques to guide behavior, promoting a supportive and respectful environment. We work closely with parents to address any persistent behavioral concerns.
How do you communicate with parents about their child's progress and daily activities?
We provide daily reports for younger children, and for all ages, we have regular parent-teacher meetings, newsletters, and an app for real-time updates on your child's day.
What is your policy on sick children and illnesses?
Children showing signs of illness must stay home to prevent the spread of infections. We require that children be symptom-free for 24 hours before returning to the center.
Do you take the children on field trips or have special activities?
Yes, we organize field trips and special in-house activities periodically. Parents are informed in advance and must provide consent for their child to participate.
